Our central office team came together last week for a simple but meaningful celebration of the holiday season. It was a chance to pause, connect, and recognize the creativity and commitment that define the staff who support our schools every day.
One highlight was the winter decoration showcase, where the SPARK program earned well-deserved recognition for transforming their entire wing with a unified theme that reflected our district values of creativity, commitment, courage, and care. Their work brought real joy to the building and reminded us how powerful it is when teams lean into shared purpose.
We also shared a holiday meal that created a warm moment of togetherness during a busy time of year. It was an opportunity to sit side by side, reflect on our work, and lift one another up as we head into the final stretch of 2025.
As we move into the season ahead, we are grateful for the people who make Windsor Public Schools what it is. Moments like these remind us that strong communities start with strong relationships, and we are proud to serve our students and families with that spirit every day.
