A capital improvement program, approved by the Windsor Town Council, is well underway at Sage Park. Phase 1 of this project will replace the HVAC units on the roof and have air conditioning installed to the classrooms on the 2nd floor. Phase 1 of this construction will continue throughout the summer, and Phase 2 of the project is in the planning stages for next year.
