GO BABY GO 🚗💨 | STUDENTS CHANGING LIVES
Over 10 weeks, our Sage Park cluster students did more than just build—they engineered joy 💡💙. With guidance from Mrs. Rickis, support from Principal Jorgensen & PSES, and the power of the #InstructionalCoreWheel, students adapted ride-on cars to provide mobility for young children in need.
The result? Real-world learning. Real impact. Real love.

What. A. DAY! 🎉👏🏽
Our SPMS Career Day was a HUGE success — a day full of inspiration, possibilities, and POWERFUL messages! 💼✨ Students got to hear firsthand from professionals representing top names like ESPN 🎥, Delta Airlines ✈️, Liberty Bank 💰, The Hartford 🦅, Windsor Police & Fire Departments 🚔🚒, GoHealth Urgent Care 🏥, State of CT DCF 🛡️, CCSU Athletics 🏀🏈, and so many more!
It was extra special to have WPS alumni from Diligence Training close out the day with an incredible, interactive assembly that left our students and staff feeling empowered, motivated, and ready to take on the world! 🌎💥
Even better? Some of our very own staff and family members joined in to share their career journeys outside of WPS — proving that dreams start right here at home. ❤️🏠
Thank you to ALL our presenters for making this a day to remember! #FutureReady #CareerDay2025 #weareWINdsor 👐🏽 #DreamBig #InspireTheFuture

BIG vibes, BIG dreams, and even BIGGER futures ahead!
Our latest episode of 🎙️Chat & Chill with Super. Hill just dropped — and it’s all about the magic that happened at Sage Park Middle School’s Career Day!
Dr. Hill sits down with Ms. Kimberly McGee, the visionary who started it all, to talk about how we’re inspiring students to dream beyond today — and even prepare for careers that don’t exist yet (hello, AI! 🤖).
From first responders to filmmakers, entrepreneurs to engineers — our students got a front-row seat to the future! ✨

📚 #FunFriday vibes are strong at Sage Park! Check out their first-ever Read-A-Thon — and yes, it ended with pies to the face for Principal Jorgensen, her admin team, and Windsor PD’s School Resource Officers! 🥧😂
This wasn’t just about fun (though it was that too!) — it was about celebrating literacy, building community, and watching students push themselves to meet their reading goals. Shoutout to the Sage Park PTO and all the educators who helped make this magic happen!
We believe deeply in the power of our Instructional Core Wheel, and we love seeing how authentic learning experiences like this one grow confident, self-aware, and joyful learners.

At April’s Coffee Talk with Dr. Hill, community members had a real seat at the table—discussing how today’s political climate could shape the future of Windsor Public Schools. Dr. Hill made it clear: programs that keep students engaged—like CTE, sports, and student activities—are here to stay under his leadership. He also reminded us all: VOTE on May 13—no matter how you vote, just be part of the process! 🗳️ #weareWINdsor 👐🏽 #community #familyengagement
