Statement from the Windsor Board of Education
On behalf of the Windsor Board of Education, I am honored to announce the appointment of Dr. Noha Abdel-Hady as the next Superintendent of Windsor Public Schools, effective July 1, 2026.
Dr. Abdel-Hady has been serving as our Acting Superintendent, where she has provided steady and thoughtful leadership while maintaining a clear focus on student achievement, educational excellence, and strong collaboration across our school community. Her commitment to the success and well-being of Windsor’s students, staff, and families has been evident throughout her service.
Windsor Public Schools has a proud tradition of academic excellence and community partnership. The Board is confident that under Dr. Abdel-Hady’s leadership, the district will continue to build on that strong foundation while advancing opportunities for all students to learn, grow, and thrive.
We congratulate Dr. Abdel-Hady on this appointment and look forward to working together to support the continued success of Windsor Public Schools and the bright future ahead for our students.

The boy's basketball team will take on New Canaan HS on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Wilby HS. The time will be either 5 or 530 pm. We will get confirmation this weekend and pass that on to you.
The players and coaches could use some fan support. Hopefully, some of us can make it.
