Poquonock’s Civics Day was a celebration of having a voice and making a positive impact on our community. Thank you Representative Garibay for inspiring our Poquonock Family. The students voted on the theme for Field Day this year and Survivor won by a landslide. Friday was Ice Cream Friday, Dress Like Your Favorite Book Character Day, and Pumpkin Fest. Monday is our SEL-ebration, Coffee and Tea in the FRC, Mr. Mihalko reading at Windsor Public Library, and PTO Meeting. Tuesday 11/3 there is no school for students, and Friday is our Monthly Assembly. November is National Native American American Heritage Month. Share a picture of your family and your family’s story for our Celebrating Our Heritage bulletin board. You can find the form here: Celebrating Our Heritage. - Mr. Mihalko and Mrs. Romero
