Poquonock WELM Project-Based Learning Adventures have begun. In one class a student finding a cool leaf led to an outdoor investigation and the discovery of a cicada exoskeleton. Students and staff were safe and did a great job during our first fire drill. The climbing wall is a hit during P.E. Families are welcome to join us for our first SELebration Monday Morning and stay for coffee and tea. Hispanic Heritage Month kicks off 9/15 and Thursday 9/17 is Constitution Day and Dress Like Mr. Foley Day for School Security Appreciation Week. Friday is POQ PTO School Store and FUNtastic Friday- Mr. Mihalko and Mrs. Romero
