Poquonock had a strong start for 2026. Monday we came back to our SEL-ebration to kick off our Kindness focus for the month, Mr. Mihalko enjoyed reading to his friends at Windsor Public Library, and we had a productive PTO meeting. We ended the week with our Monthly Assembly with a special performance by the POQ Cheer Team. Tuesday January 13th is a 1:30 early Release for Students and PTO School Store is Friday morning on the 16th. No School on January 19th for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Do not forget to submit you MLK Jr. Essays by the end of the day today Friday 1/9/26 https://forms.gle/i3G6N7jJQT3HDgrF9 the selected Poquonock student will read essay at MLK Day Celebration in Windsor Monday 1/19/26 2:00pm at the Windsor Town Hall Council Chambers ~Mr. Mihalko and Mrs. Romero
