Dear Ms. Golas:
This letter is to inform you that an asbestos abatement project will be conducted between June 12, 2025 and July 8, 2025 at the Sage Park Middle School located at 25 Sage Park Road in Windsor, CT. (Site). The asbestos abatement will entail the removal of approximately 8,000 square feet of floor tile and mastic from Rooms 220, 220A, 221, 223, 224, 200, 200A, 200B, 201, 202, 203, 204, 130, and the Hallway from Guidance to the Auditorium and 68 square feet of transite board from the corridor. A copy of the 10 Day Notice of Asbestos Abatement is attached for reference.
HazPros, Inc., a State of Connecticut licensed Asbestos Contractor (CT License #000055), will perform the asbestos abatement work. The work is anticipated to be completed in one day. Eagle Environmental, Inc. will perform periodic asbestos abatement monitoring and re-occupancy air monitoring services.
There will be no students or children under eighteen (18) years of age present on the premises during this time frame of the abatement project.
