Your Opportunity to Engage: Join the Board of Education Meeting and Farewell Reception

We warmly invite all community members to join us on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, starting at 6:00 PM in the Board Room at LPW!

We will begin the evening with a special farewell reception at 6:00 PM to thank and recognize our outgoing board members for their dedicated service to the district—we encourage everyone to attend and show their appreciation. The Board of Education (BOE) Regular Meeting will follow, beginning promptly at 7:00 PM. These meetings are where the governing body of our schools conducts essential business, which usually includes reviewing the Superintendent's reports, discussing policy proposals, approving the school budget, and making key decisions about curriculum and facilities. Most importantly, the meeting includes time for public comment, providing a formal opportunity for your voice to be heard.

Attending these meetings is the best way to understand the challenges and successes facing our schools and to ensure the board is addressing the priorities of our community. All are welcome!

Please find the agenda and special listening instructions attached to this post. We strongly encourage all participants to familiarize themselves with these materials to ensure a smooth and productive meeting.

We look forward to seeing you there as we continue to work together for our students!

At April’s Coffee Talk with Dr. Hill, community members had a real seat at the table—discussing how today’s political climate could shape the future of Windsor Public Schools. Dr. Hill made it clear: programs that keep students engaged—like CTE, sports, and student activities—are here to stay under his leadership. He also reminded us all: VOTE on May 13—no matter how you vote, just be part of the process! 🗳️ #weareWINdsor 👐🏽 #community #familyengagement
