Hello Windsor Families,

Through Governor Lamont’s Everybody Learns Initiative, you may be eligible to receive free internet for the next 12 months as well as the opportunity to purchase a low-cost computer.

Please check your eligibility to receive this free service. Are these true for your household?

  1. Do you qualify for any of the following? (Are any of these true?)

  • National School Lunch Program
  • Housing assistance
  • Medicaid
  • SNAP
  • TANF - Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
  • SSI - eligibility for Supplemental Security Income
  • LIHEAP - Low Income Home Energy Assistance
  • Tribal assistance
  • WIC - Women, Infants, and Children
  • VA Pension - veterans pension eligibility
  1. Have not had Comcast Internet in the last 90 days? (Is this true?)

  1. Live in the Comcast service area? (Is this true? If you live in Windsor, the answer is yes.)

If all three criteria are true for you, even if you still owe money to Comcast for a prior service, then please click the link below to complete a form requesting a Comcast Voucher.

The voucher provides families the opportunity to receive a fixed, cable connection with unlimited monthly data and wireless connectivity for 12 months and requires families to use the free self-installation kit. There is no contract and no credit check but the parent/guardian will be required to provide identification to sign up. Only one voucher per household. Vouchers will be sent via email.  The household must be approved by Comcast to receive the service by no later than December 31, 2020.

Please click the link below to request a voucher.
