Due to the weather, the today's schedule has changed:

WINDSOR HIGH SCHOOL FREE ATHLETIC PHYSICALS

Windsor High School will be providing a free athletic physical on May 28, 2008 beginning at 2:15 p.m. for any student interested in participating in an interscholastic sport during the upcoming 2008-2009 school year.  Students must pre-register in the Health Office at Windsor High School no later than May 23.  The physical examination will be conducted by the school physician.

 Incoming ninth graders can also register for the free physical with the Athletic Manager at Sage Park Middle School.  If there are any questions, please contact the Health Office at Windsor High School, 860-687-2020 ext. 304 or 305.

Reminder:  In order to participate students will need to complete and return all necessary forms:

• Physical Form
  NOTE:  If using a form other than the Sport Physical Form, the form must state that the student can participate in athletics or the specific sport.

• Permission Slip
   

• Code of Conduct

Students can obtain the required forms in the Athletics office and Main office or by clicking on the Participation Forms tab to the left of this page.
