Advanced Features of PowerPoint Tutorial
Start off the class by showing students a sample commercial created in PowerPoint. Then have students download to their folder containing copies of the files used to create the sample commercial. Students will use the files and the attached handout-PowerPoint Tutorial to re-create the sample commercial. If students can do all 8 of the DO THIS items in boxes on the left side of the attached packet, then students have all of the technical skills required to create an automated commercial in PowerPoint. the same files used in the sample.Advanced Features of PowerPoint Tutorial.doc

b. Students get their jobs now and complete the details in their storyboards according to their jobs. All storyboards will be given to the Marketing Director who will make the master storyboard. (Students will receive grades for their individual work according to the rubrics attached below).

All other clip art must be approved by the "CEO". Make sure that all clip art audio files are copied into the same folder where the presentation is stored.
