Final Things Before We Go

Please remember:

1. One suitcase/duffel bag. Sleeping bag (carried extra). On bus backpack. Space is limited and each student must carry their things to the cabin.

2. The busses should be located at the tennis court parking lot. We start loading at 7:30 so we can leave before 8:00. Students won’t be going into the building.

3. Students must sign in when they arrive. They will be given a notebook that they will be responsible for during the week. Please take the interest to see what they have done from it when they return. It will be handed in the following Tuesday.

4. Mark medicines with student name. When they arrive at camp they will give all, including over-the-counter meds, to their cabin leaders.

5. Include bringing everything on the list we gave them before.  If they have a camera-include film, new batteries in flashlights, softball glove etc.

6. No hairdryers, cell phones/pagers, gum/candy.

7. Packed for on the bus should be lunch (no glass), bad weather gear, windbreaker/jacket (harbor tour), pencils, clipboard, sunscreen/sunglasses, water bottle, camera, and reading material.

8. Students need enough money for lunch Thursday. We suggest $15-25 limit for spending on food/ souvenirs.

9. Students cannot make phone calls home (except their free time at lunch Thursday). Please do not call students at the camp.

10. Camp Wono (Sage Park group)-1-508-896-3451 for emergencies. It is located U.S. Route 6A in Brewster, Ma.

11. We plan to arrive Friday at 4:15. Please be responsible for picking up your student on time. They cannot go into the building to call--
