The following is a list of things that you need for Cross Country:

- A good pair of running shoes

   - Remember that Nike is the number one shoe related to shin splints, they may look cool but they offer very little       support

- Proper clothing

   - Look at what the weather is going to be like the night before or the morning of and make sure that you dress for the weather

- Water

   - DRINK LOTS OF WATER it is what will keep you going

- Proper food

   - Eat healthy foods. No soda or junk food. It will leave your body feeling great.

- Heart

   - Running can easily be no fun, keep your heart in it and find ways to enjoy, it will keep you going.

- Medical forms

   - You can not tryout without handing in your medical forms!!
