Part 2: Researching a Career

Now that you have narrowed down your choices and you have selected a career that you'd like to learn more about, you need to begin your research. You may use the links below to find out as much information as possible about your career. The World Book Online and Grolier Online will give you excellent basic information. Use the first link below to get to World Book and/or Grolier. The other two links will bring you to the sections about careers from last week's site and another great career site. Use the worksheet Mrs. Frost gave you to record important information about the career you are researching. Part 3: Organizing your facts in a Powerpoint Presentation

For this part of the project, you will use the facts you've collected about your career and organize them on to 3 Powerpoint slides. Mrs. Frost will show you where the Powerpoint template is for you to type in your work. Remember to type your facts FIRST, then add clip art or other graphics/fonts to make your presentation look professional.
