District” Transportation Changes Resulting from
Daycare Placements

Change requests
received prior to August 10 will be
accommodated and implemented for the start of the
school year

Change requests
received after August 10 will be subject to a
moratorium period and will be processed during the
week of September 6th on a first-come,
first-served basis.
“Out of Home
School District” Transportation Requests

Requests for
students to attend alternative elementary schools
will be subject to the established procedures and
include verification of space available on the
appropriate bus.

If approved,
transportation changes will be subject to the same
guidelines outlined above.
Kindergarten
Session/Transportation Changes Resulting from Daycare

Session changes
resulting from daycare placements will be honored if
received prior to August 1.

Requests received
between August 1 and 12 will be subject to
approval based on class size and available bus
seats. If approved, transportation will be
implemented for the start of school.

Requests received
after August 12 will be subject to the same
approval process. If approved, transportation
changes will be subject to the moratorium period and
will be processed during the week of September 6th
on a first-come, first-served basis.
Transportation for
Incoming Students

Newly registered
students who can be accommodated at existing
bus stops will have access to transportation
on the first school day following the completion of
the registration process.

Newly registered
students who require the establishment of a new bus
stop will have access to transportation two
school days following the completion of the
registration process.
